Bill Rice Christian Academy offers grades K5-6th. We accept new students for K5 through 5th grade. Students must be five years old by September 30 to enter kindergarten.

Enrollment Process

Step 1 – Tour
Call our office to schedule your personal tour of Bill Rice Christian Academy. Come see first hand how your child will learn and grow. K5 is accepted once the enrollment form is submitted with the enrollment fee.

Step 2 – Placement Test
Each student applying for 1st-6th grades must take a placement test to show they are on grade-level with our curriculum. The test usually takes 30 minutes and may be taken the same day of the tour, or you may reschedule for a later date.

Step 3 – Teacher Questionnaire
If the placement test is passed, a questionnaire will be mailed to the student’s former teacher asking general questions about academics and behavior.

Step 4 – Acceptance Letter
If both the placement test and the teacher questionnaire are passed, the applicant will receive an acceptance letter and all necessary forms in the mail. For K5, the immunization record and a copy of the child’s birth certificate must be submitted. Once the enrollment form is submitted with the enrollment fee, the student is officially enrolled.
